Sure the terms of service have long essentially defined everything as hate speech while encouraging people to voice controversial opinions (yes very mixed messages!). Up till recently I thought youtube did an excellent job of allowing vibrant discussion of controversial topics:- a mature and responsible policy that would make anyone who espoused the virtues of the Enlightenment happy! Then I got four videos taken down in half an hour, and a 'privacy notifications' against a further two. Believe it or not, the privacy notifications were against videos where I documented a muslim guy hunting for and dropping my docs. WTF, seriously W-T-F. He drops my docs, YT scarcely bats an eyelid, now he says the video calling him on it is violating his privacy? The following videos were taken down, according to YT after review by their dedicated members who determined these videos violated terms of use. This can only make sense if its 'Youtube-Malaysia: Theocratic Chapter'. Malaysia is the place that recently sent a guy back to Saudi where he may face death for merely making three vanilla tweets about Islam. For me it doesnt seem impossible that there is an element of disconnect between what 'Youtube Malaysia' and the rest of the world regard as religiously offensive. I can only hope that it really is this simple, that it's just an error by an overzealous censor. If its a change in policy, its an ill wind that doesn't blow anyone any good.

Welcome to They're All Real, we are a roleplay series which is basically a mixture of supernatural and high school. This idea was influenced by a few different things, first would be the amazing Sixth Sense Project for starting the whole roleplay idea on you tube. Secondly is Monster High, which is epic. The rest of my otherworld inspiration comes from TV shows like Being Human and of course movies. [SYNOPTHESIS] Welcome to High School, but it isn't your ordinary high school. No this school is for the supernatural, teaching them how to use their skills and powers. What spices are you? Vampires, Ghosts, Werewolves, Zombies, Gorgons, Gods, Goddesses, Demons, Nymphs, Angels, Evils, ect. Are you a student? Professor? Cranky janitor? [RULES] 1. No anime (unless it's filler scenes), all characters must be from a Disney/non-Disney movie. Also no Live Action please, unless for crack of course. XD You have your own free will over that. 2. Right so lets see, you can be any species. Of course humans don't go to the school unless they have been turned into something; ghost, werewolf, vampire, ect. 3. Introduce your character how you wish, don't need to write a letter or respond to Cindy. Just made sure you add it as a video response. 4. I'm going to say one character per person until auditions closed, but you may feature characters in your audition. Who knows, maybe you'll get together and make awesome plots! (This can be wavered if you are a werecreature, you can choose an animal character/form as well. Or it's apart of your character.) What I mean by two characters is like; You have both say Charming and Aurora as two different characters, but you play them both. XD 5. The measure added a new provision, Section 7.5 of the Declaration of Rights, to the California Constitution. The new section reads: Only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California. By restricting the definition of marriage to opposite-sex couples, the proposition overturned the California Supreme Court's ruling of In re Marriage Cases that same-sex couples have a constitutional right to marry. The wording of Proposition 8 was precisely the same as that which had been found in Proposition 22, which, as an ordinary statute, had been invalidated by the Supreme Court. California's State Constitution put Proposition 8 into immediate effect the day after the election. The proposition did not affect domestic partnerships in California or same-sex marriages performed before November 5, 2008. Proponents of the constitutional amendment argued that exclusively heterosexual marriage was "an essential institution of society," that leaving the constitution unchanged would "result in public schools teaching our kids that gay marriage is okay," and that "gays ... do not have the right to redefine marriage for everyone else." Opponents argued that "the freedom to marry is fundamental to our society," that the California constitution "should guarantee the same freedom and rights to everyone" and that the proposition "mandates one set of rules for gay and lesbian couples and another set for everyone else." They also argued that "equality under the law is a fundamental constitutional guarantee". The campaigns for and against Proposition 8 raised $39.9 million and $43.3 million, respectively, becoming the highest-funded campaign on any state ballot that day and surpassing every campaign in the country in spending except the presidential contest. After the elections, demonstrations and protests occurred across the state and nation. Same-sex couples and government entities filed numerous lawsuits with the California Supreme Court challenging the proposition's validity and effect on previously administered same-sex marriages. In the Strauss v. Horton case, the court upheld Proposition 8, but allowed existing same-sex marriages to stand. Additional lawsuits in federal courts are still pending.
